September is just around the corner and for movie goers out there, that means new movie lineups to watch out for. The explosive superhero movies for the year may be over but there are still a few notable titles that you'll surely get excited about - most of them book adaptations. For this month, you got The Maze Runner, Dolphin Tale 2, The Equalizer and A Walk Among The Tombstones. The latter being a Liam Neeson starrer would sure delight fans of his Taken movies.

What's It About?
This is a sequel to the 2011 film and will revolve around more stories from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, including both Winter and the baby dolphin, Hope. The two returning lead characters, Sawyer (Nathan Gamble) and Hazel (Cozi Zuehlsdorff), know what it's like to lose a parent and Hope lost her mother at a young age, so they can really relate to each other. What's It About?
This upcoming film based on a 2009 book by James Dashner with the same title. The movie is about Thomas, who woke up trapped in a massive maze with a group of boys - without any memory of the outside world. His only hope of uncovering his purpose in the maze as well as a way to escape is by piecing together fragments of his past; and use them with the clues he discovers inside the maze. What's It About?
Another book adaptation, this film is a crime drama based on a novel by Lawrence Block. And (yes) it stars Liam Neeson. He plays the role of a former NYPD cop and private investigator Matthew Scudder. He was hired by a drug dealer to find his kidnapped wife in New York City. (Source: Wikipedia)

What's It About?
This upcoming Denzel Washington starrer is based on a television series of the same name which ran in the '80s. Here, Denzel plays Robert McCall, a solitary, ex-special ops, who despises injustice and devotes himself to helping victims of criminals. He met and befriends a girl who is nearly killed by gangsters. These gangsters are actually members of the Russian mob. He ended up waging a one man war against them.
Scheduled to be released on September 26, 2014.
